PHOTO BOOTH SET-UP
BEFORE YOUR EVENT
We set up out equipment a minimum of one hour before start time. This gives us ample time to set up and make sure everything is perfect before your event starts. Depending on services (booth, printer, luxury backdrop, neon sign) more time may be needed for set-up, we will let you know when booking your date.
SPACE
To accommodate our photo booth and create a comfortable space for guests, we kindly request a minimum area of 8-foot by 8-foot. We also bring a 6-foot table for props and accessories. This minimum requirement allows ample room for individuals and groups to strike their best poses, ensuring that everyone fits within the frame and captures those fun moments together. Please note our backdrop stands are no shorter than 8-foot.
POWER
To power our equipment, we require access to a dedicated electrical outlet within 20 feet of the booth. This ensures uninterrupted operation and guarantees that your guests can enjoy a seamless photo booth experience without any technical hiccups. Our photo booth and printer need 110V, 10 amps of power.
VISIBILITY MATTERS
Next to you, we want to be the center of attention and a source of entertainment for your guests. Therefore, it's important to position our photo booth in a highly visible location. Please choose a spot where guests can easily spot us as they arrive, mingle, or take breaks. Avoid placing us in secluded rooms, upstairs, or in areas that are far away from the main even space to maximize guest engagement. Refunds will not be processed for events with low guest interaction.
